Biking is in our BLOOD, we are incomplete without bikes.
I am going to tell you all about me and my co-riders personal experience of riding on the roads of TAWANG, ARUNACHAL PRADESH.
DEC 22, 2013
TIME:- 9:30 AM
We were three riders Myself(Sirax Khan), Shahriar Chowdhury and Mriganko Borgahain together on two bikes- YAMAHA FAZER 150 cc and HONDA  DAZZLER 150 cc (antique one) which is not available in the market anymore.
1st day-   We started our journey at around 9.30am from guwahati and we reached Tezpur at 2:30 pm. Ya i know its a bit late, because one of our riders bike was facing a bit problem of Spark Plug,,,so guys whoever wants too go for a long ride always do servicing of your bikes before the journey..anyways after we reached Bhalukpong,,,we have shown our passes to enter Arunachal Pradesh, you can collect those passes from Gauhati..or you can made a fresh one in Bhalukpong also but with a bit more cash....its was 5:00 pm we started riding again after few hours of riding in dark we reached Bomdila at around 8:00 pm. The temperature on which we rode was -2°c. We stayed there at HOTEL LA ,,, suggestions for you they have cheaper rooms also..

2nd day- We woke up at around 6:30 am,,,packed our bags...but problems are knocking at the door..remember the problem of Spark Plug..it again started you cant believe we stayed in Bomdila till 12:00 o clock...after showing our bikes in a garage..KAKA name of the person who took care of our bikes in Bomdila..changed our Spark Plugs...finally we started our journey from Bomdila,,,around 2:00 o clock,,.,..
Due to the problems of timing we went to Dirang and stayed there the second day.,,\

3rd day- We started our journey around 7:00 am...muddy roads..gravel roads...construction works are going on at that time...furthermore later after riding around 90 km..we started seeing some army camps..than we reached the starting of elevation...we rest for a while before reaching Sela Pass..had something there (Maggi),,,than we started again...finally we reached some good fine roads near army base camps..than the real worry roads are started the Sela Roads...Snow Snow Everywhere..slippery snow roads..constantly gears up than down..turnings like HELL...But beauty like Heaven...thin air there...but we SMOKE..temperature that time was about 4 degree c...after many obs and struggles we reached SELA PASS...and a BIG smile appeared on our face..watched Sela lake stayed there for a while..but also worried about the temperature which was continuously falling down...we stayed there for around 1 hour..and started again at around 4:30 clock temperature than 2 degree c..after we crossed Sela we reached Jaswant Garh..
Jainath Bridge..feeling so cold at that time much more when we reached the bridge turning...after we crossed the bridge we ride there on ice plates covered with dusty snow..rear tires were dancing at that time...we controlled our bikes and slowly reached Jaswant Garh rest for a while there,,, talked with Indian armies..they offered Free Tea..and Samosas..after a while,,we started to ride again but this time its a bit downhill,,,than again elevating roads before reaching Tawang..finally we reached Tawang at around 7:00 pm...we make ourselves comfortable in Tawang Tourist Lodge...it was an ending of extraordinary day..

4th day- we went to the market places...than a bit shopping...than we went to the Asia's Second Largest Monastery....than back too the hotel..temperature during day average 5 degree c..during night -8 degree c...

5th day- Returning day...Bikes were all frozen when we reached the parking..after washing the bikes engine with warm water we started our bikes and after crossing all Snowy muddy gravel roads we reached dirang...

6th day- We came back to guwahati...that's all Friends..our experience of this wonderful journey...enjoy some pics of this journey below...
